I'm Lucy Joerin - estate agency professional, co-founder of Stowhill Estates, author of The Elite Agent Handbook and The Prime Property Coach.

I spent years building a business that specialises in high-value homes across the south of England.  I've walked into £4m+ valuations.  I've won instructions from clients that other agents couldn't get near.  I've used a direct mail system of my own creation to generate over £1m in agency fees.

I also know what it feels like to doubt whether you belong in those rooms.  Imposter syndrome doesn't announce itself - it just quietly talks you out of going for the big ones.

That's why I created my coaching programmes.  Not as theory.  As the support I wished had existed when I was making this journey myself.

I work exclusively with women in estate agency.  I understand this industry from the inside: the culture, the dynamics, the clients, the pressure.  And I know what it takes to build a profitable, sustainable career at the luxury end of the market.
