My Background
Before founding Stowhill Estates, I built a career in public relations — learning how to position, persuade and communicate at the highest level. When I moved into property, I brought those skills with me and applied them to the prime property market.
Stowhill Estates became one of Oxfordshire's most respected boutique agencies, specialising in high-value homes across. the south of England. Along the way I developed the direct mail strategies, valuation techniques and client relationship systems that have generated over £1 million in agency fees — and co-authored The Elite Agent Handbook, a practical guide for agents who want to build careers they are genuinely proud of.
But the achievement I am most proud of has nothing to do with properties or fees. It is the franchise partner agents I have mentored — women who came to the prime property market with no luxury experience and, within six months, were commanding fees of £20,000 and above. That is not luck. That is what the right coaching, the right strategy and the right belief in yourself can produce.
The women I work with are talented, driven and more than capable. What they needed was someone who understood this industry from the inside — who had sat in those rooms, won those instructions and built that business — and who could show them, specifically and practically, how to do the same.
That is what I do. And that is why I built these programmes exclusively for women in estate agency.
